做不好工作的“三种模式”

A模式…………工作速度慢,质量也低下的人。
B模式…………工作速度快,质量低下的人。
C模式…………工作很细致,但速度慢的人。
我们针对每种模式开出了处方。
工作速度慢且质量差的人,说白了,就是没有掌握工作的要领。比如,我们用PPT做一份资料。这个行为模式的人就会脱离本来应该抓住的重心,而把关注点放在制作资料所需使用的照片和图解上,在自己关注的地方耗费过多的时间。然而,实际上,甚至根本就没有必要制作这份资料,口头上汇报就可以了。
这类人,有必要从意识到找准正确的关注点开始,重新审视自己的工作。
B模式的人,工作的速度虽然快,但是质量差。这样的人是基础不扎实的人。
所谓基础,就是做这个工作所需要的基本能力、经验和热情。比如,即使你有逻辑思考能力、归纳整理方法、记笔记的技巧等最新的商务技能,你的工作效率因此得到了提升,但是你没有基本功,你反而会做无用功,给周围的人带来麻烦。
工作中的基本功像橡皮筋的弹力,如果没有每天锻炼是无法得到加强的。而且,锻炼“工作的弹力”需要花费时间。因此,工作速度快却质量差的人,需要沉下心来每天扎扎实实地集中力量打好自己的地基。
●原则“聚焦在中心瓶一个点上!”
C模式,工作细致但速度慢的人,偏离了工作的“中心瓶”。
所谓“中心瓶”指的是保龄球中最中间的那个瓶。这是在工作中,要做出成绩时必须抓住的一个最重要的瓶。
在工作中,你必须要将精力用在帮助你实现提升收益这个目标的最重要的活动上。提升收益的最重要的中心瓶,以及减少成本的最重要的中心瓶,抓住这两点是工作的根本。
比如说,在餐饮业中,提升收益的中心瓶就是回访率,减少成本的中心瓶就是食材费用。如果无法控制住食材费用和回访率这两个点,那么你就无法得到足够的收益。
揪出工作中的中心瓶,聚焦在上面,这是工作的原则。
工作细致但是速度慢的人,或是把需要细致的地方搞错了,或是想全力以赴地完成工作的每个细节。其实,只要聚焦在工作的中心瓶这个点上,剩下的工作自然而然就能顺利完成。
以上的三种模式有共同点。它们之所以无法取得成果,都是因为没有准确聚焦

Therefore, people who work fast but have poor quality need to sink their minds to concentrate on their foundations every day.
● Principle "focus on the center bottle at one point!"
In C mode, people who work fine but slow are deviated from the "central bottle" of work.
The so-called "central bottle" refers to the bottle in the middle of the bowling ball. This is one of the most important bottles that must be caught when making a grade at work.
At work, you have to focus on the most important activities that help you achieve your goal of improving your bottom line. The most important central bottle to boost revenue, as well as the most important central bottle to reduce costs, to grasp these two points is fundamental to the job.
For example, in the catering industry, the central bottle to increase revenue is the return visit rate, and the central bottle to reduce costs is the cost of ingredients. If you can't control the two points of food cost and return visit rate, then you can't get enough income.
